An Agent can create an HTML report with images. The result includes a link that you can share with a reviewer. Anyone with that link can view that report for seven days.
Create and check a report
- Open the Agent's Inputs & outputs settings.
- Enable Sandbox.
- Add an HTML output file.
- Save the Agent.
- Open Console.
- Select the Agent.
- Ask for an HTML report using the supplied data and any required images.
- Run the task.
- Open the report from Output.
- Check its facts, headings, tables, and images.
- Share the report link with the intended reviewers.
For example, ask for a report that compares a fictional training plan with an approved checklist. Request a clear distinction between supported findings and missing information. Check the report for private information before you share its link.
Understand the link and file formats
The link permits access to one report without a Honen sign-in. It expires seven days after issue. Retrieving the run or requesting its file download can issue a fresh report link. Ordinary output downloads keep their access checks.
Reports support HTML, inline styles, and attached PNG, JPEG, or WebP images. The complete report can contain up to 20 images and use up to 25 MB. Scripts, forms, embedded frames, and external resources do not run or load in the shared report. Use tables, headings, and expandable details for a report that works within these limits.
For API results, use the HTML file's url and expiresAt values. See Run an Agent with files for setup and file handling.
