Open a topic and read its learning goals. Choose an available format, such as a reading, lecture, video, or podcast. Use another format when a different explanation would help. On desktop, you can keep two activity panes open together.

Recall, answer, and get feedback
Try to recall a flashcard's answer before revealing it. In a quiz, answer the question and record your confidence when prompted. Read the explanation before continuing: a correct guess and a confident, well-understood answer are different learning signals.

Ask for an explanation and apply the skill
Use the tutor to work through an unclear concept or example alongside the activity. Projects provide another kind of evidence: the learner performs a task, follows a procedure, builds an artifact, or responds to a scenario. The project's instructions and criteria explain what it asks the learner to demonstrate.

Return for practice
Study banks offer spaced-repetition review and free practice. Reveal an answer, rate your recall, and use the displayed review intervals. Keep sharp adds retention checks where the author or assignment has enabled them.

Understand completion
Use the lesson plan to see remaining work and submit required tests and projects explicitly. Completion follows the course and assignment requirements, while practice and feedback help you develop the underlying skills.
