Each workspace has its own plan and AI credit balance. Open Workspace settings → Billing & usage for a Team or Enterprise workspace. Switch to your personal workspace to see its billing in Account settings.
AI credits
Credits power course creation, AI editing, AI agents, and the workspace assistant.

$1 USD buys 100 credits. Check the purchase dialog for current pricing. Credits stay with the workspace that purchased them. Included allowances depend on the workspace’s configuration and active internal members, or an agreed custom allocation. The dashboard shows the full reset date and time.
Credits pay for AI work, not a fixed number of courses or messages. Consumption varies with the model, content, context, complexity, and revisions. Past results and beta allowances do not guarantee future output. Pricing, allowances, and consumption may change as permitted by the Terms of Service and your agreement.
If included and purchased credits both run out, add credits or wait for the next reset. If credits remain but an action is blocked, check the message: separate permissions or feature limits may apply.
Learner Elastic usage
Learner and tutor features have separate usage controls from the workspace AI credit balance. No separate Learner Elastic cap is currently enforced. The daily reset time shown in this section does not replenish monthly workspace credits or indicate that course creation resets daily.
Voice, message, and other feature limits can still apply according to your plan. If a learner reaches a feature limit, check the message for the affected feature and its reset period.
Billing history
Under Billing history, choose:
- Invoices: subscription and seat invoices, payment status, billing periods, quantities, prorated amounts, and invoice/PDF links.
- AI credits: purchases, coupon grants, refunds, and disputes, with receipts or invoices where available.
- Seat activity: recorded additions and removals. A seat change is not itself a charge.
Team seat additions above the current period’s already-paid seat count are prorated. Removing seats does not issue an immediate proration refund; re-adding seats within that paid count avoids charging for them again in the same period. Check the invoice for the actual amount.
Enterprise pricing and proration follow your agreement. Custom invoices handled outside Stripe are not shown here. An unavailable receipt does not remove a recorded credit purchase.
For help, contact Honen support with your workspace name and the error shown. An executed enterprise agreement controls any specifically agreed terms.
